Premise of the issue:
Parker has returned from his inter-dimensional war in the Spider-Verse and must now get back to work. His company Parker Industries is bidding to build a new Super Villain Prison that will aim to reform villains rather than simply contain them.
Other companies are bidding to build the Prison as well including the nefarious Alchemax corporation. While Alchemax appears to be in the lead for the bid they want to ensure it. Molten Man who works for Alchemax has hired the former Thunderbolt, Ghost to destroy Parker Industries.
